In this 2.5-hour class, Neely Quinn will condense the most important information she uses with her nutrition clients about attaining optimal energy levels for normal life, training, and climbing. There will be a 75-minute presentation and 75 minutes for discussion about the individual needs of the class attendees. Neely will analyze some attendees' diet logs during the class, so you can (optionally) come prepared with a typical day's worth of diet logging in an app like MyFitnessPal.com.
Your teacher, Neely Quinn, is a Certified Integrative Clinical Nutritionist, the founder of TrainingBeta, and the host of the TrainingBeta Podcast. In her nutrition practice, she works exclusively with climbers to help them optimize their energy levels, climbing performance, body composition, and overall well-being. The day before the class, you will be emailed a link to the Zoom call and you'll receive a recording of the call and the presentation slides after the class. Limited to 10 participants.
